- Customers utilizing this service will be charged a convenience fee per transaction consisting of 2.25%.
- Payments made to the City of Caney before 4pm will be posted on the City’s books the same day. Payments made after 4pm, on weekends or holidays will be posted on the City’s books the next working day.
If services have been disconnected and you wish to reinstate your service you must call City Hall at 620-879-2772 to connect your services.
To pay your bill by phone call 866-289-7858. You will need your street number and account number to pay by phone.
